What is the return policy?

As each piece is handcrafted by our artisans, we do not offer returns—only exchanges. All exchanges are subject to stock availability, and standard turnaround times may not apply. If you’d like to request an exchange, please write to us at guddi.crafts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Do share the reason for the exchange along with clear photographs in case you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item—we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll take care of initiating the exchange and guide you through the next steps. We offer a 7-day exchange window on all unused products purchased from us. We’ll request that the product be sent back to us with the original packaging; return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. Each hand-embroidered piece is packed with care and shipped through trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship across all major cities and towns in India. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location, with remote areas taking up to 7–10 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel anytime.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

I noticed some loose threads or drawing marks on my product. Is this normal?

Each piece is hand embroidered. While our artisans take great care, small variations in embroidery, thread color, stitching, or faint tracing marks may be present. These subtle differences are part of the handmade process and make every item truly unique.
